I was binge eating almost daily, a struggle I had faced for over 25 years. I couldn’t keep things like chocolate, biscuits, or icing sugar in the house because I’d inevitably binge on them.

Food had so much power over me, and I felt completely helpless. I believed I had no control. I thought this was just who I was—a person with a sweet tooth who would always struggle with overeating. I didn’t believe change was possible. It felt like food controlled my life, and it was so exhausting.

The mental drama of beating myself up over bingeing has gone, and it feels incredible. It's been truly life-changing.

"In 3 months I started working out and I got my diet under control.

However hard I tried, I was unable to lose my extra weight and my cellulite. I had poor circulation in my legs. I couldn’t make myself work out.
