A Binge-Eating Coach Who Keeps Things Simple

Hi, I’m Nan, a binge-eating coach who helps women who lift stop overeating and stay consistent with their food plan without feeling deprived.

 

Strong in the gym AND in the kitchen: that’s the goal!

I've been where you are.
I know what it’s like to feel trapped by food: turning to it for comfort, relief...

But I also know this: you don’t have to stay stuck.

 

 

 

How I Got Here

 

For 30 years, I struggled with binge-eating.
Whenever I felt stressed, lonely, or overwhelmed, I reached for food: cookies, baguettes, burgers, fries, pizza, cheesecakes… you name it!

 

Every morning, I’d promise myself to “be good,” only to find myself binge-eating again every night, stuck in a cycle of guilt and frustration.

I tried everything: strict diets, intense workouts, sheer willpower... But nothing worked long-term because I was only treating the symptoms (what I ate), not the root cause (WHY I ate).

Then, I discovered Life Coaching, and everything changed.

Through coaching, I finally understood why I was eating when I wasn’t hungry. I learned to handle my emotions without food, stop the guilt-shame cycle, and rebuild trust with myself.

 

Now, I eat with freedom and peace, not fear. And YES, that includes chocolate!

 

Why I'm Here

 

I know how exhausting it is to feel out of control with food.
I know how hopeless it can feel when you’ve tried everything and nothing sticks.

 

I also know that real, lasting change is possible.

That’s why I became an end binge-eating coach. I now help women who lift stop binge-eating so they can:

Stop turning to food for comfort, stress relief, celebration or distraction. You open the fridge after a long day… but this time, you close it. You don’t need food to relax. You’ve got better ways now.


Silence the exhausting inner noise about eating, dieting, and “being good.” You sit down for dinner, and for the first time in years, you’re not overthinking your plate, you’re just enjoying your meal.


Enjoy food without guilt or fear. You eat a slice (or several!) of pizza, and instead of bracing for guilt, you just taste the cheese, the sauce, the crisp crust... and that’s all.

Trust yourself around any food, in any situation. You walk past the office snack table, see the cookies, and… you’re fine. No battle, no urge, no second-guessing. I know it sounds wild, doesn't it?

Feel lighter, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. You take a deep breath and realize… you’re free. Free from cravings, guilt, shame and thinking about food 24/7.
